Multi Sports

This engaging multi-sports class introduces participants to a variety of individual and team sports in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment. Participants will rotate through activities such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, kickball, floor hockey, and other recreational games while developing fundamental athletic skills. Each session focuses on building confidence, promoting healthy lifestyles, and encouraging teamwork through structured drills, skill-building exercises, and game play.

Swim Explorers

This swim class provides a safe, supportive environment where participants build water comfort, basic swimming skills, and confidence through guided exploration and play. Learning objectives include improving body awareness in the water, practicing fundamental movements such as floating and kicking, and developing basic water safety skills.

Embark on an exciting journey across the globe to discover the incredible diversity of the animal kingdom. Participants will explore animals from different continents, learn about their habitats, behaviors, diets, and unique adaptations, while gaining an understanding of endangered species and the importance of wildlife conservation. Through interactive lessons, hands-on activities, games, crafts, and group discussions, participants will develop a deeper appreciation for biodiversity and discover how individuals can help protect animals and their environments.
