We are incredibly proud to celebrate Michael Kessler as the 2025 Golf and Pickleball Honoree of the Suffolk Y JCC. As his wife, our family is lucky to witness every day the heart, integrity, and strength he brings to every commitment.
Michael’s work with the Suffolk Y JCC Board of Directors reflects more than just service, it reflects a lifelong belief in standing up for what is right. Whether he’s guiding important decisions, supporting inclusive programming, or advocating for meaningful causes, he leads with conviction and compassion.
His commitment to Holocaust education and anti-bias initiatives has left a deep impact on all who know him. Michael believes fiercely in the importance of remembering the past to build a better future. He is passionate about ensuring that future generations understand the lessons of history, the dangers of hate, and the power of empathy and action.
Michael is also an advocate for Israel and Jewish identity. He understands that education, awareness, and pride are essential in strengthening our collective voice, now more than ever. He shows up, he speaks out, and he teaches us all what it means to be a thoughtful, committed member of the Jewish community.
