Fitness Center

Outfitted with all the building blocks of fitness and personal training, plus MORE. Fully equipped to meet NYS COVID-19 regulations and MORE.

  • Fitness equipment has been arranged to optimize equipment use and provide for social distancing.

  • Installation of Merv 13 filters and a special UV light treatment shown to kill viruses and other common pathogens in the HVAC systems.

Group Exercise

Our Group Exercise program offers more than 20 FREE classes with your membership. Fully equipped to meet NYS COVID-19 regulations and MORE.
