We’re Ready to Build…
Help Us Make Play Happen!

Playground Fundraising Campaign

At the Suffolk Y JCC, play is never “just play.” It’s how children learn, grow, imagine and build confidence, and that’s why we’re raising $100,000 to fully renovate the Jacob Roth Playground.

Named in loving memory of Jacob Roth, who passed away at age five due to a cardiac condition, this playground honors a boy whose greatest joy was being outdoors. Jacob loved soccer, was a student at the Suffolk Y JCC and attended the Jewish Academy on our grounds, and today his name lives on in a space filled with laughter and friendship.

We’re proud to share that $50,000 has already been secured. Together, we can build a next-level playground that honors a beautiful legacy while serving the children who need it most.

Help us close the gap! To honor Jacob Roth’s memory, we’re transforming his namesake playground into an inclusive space filled with laughter, learning, and adventure. Thank you for believing in the power of play!

Thank you for investing in the spaces where our children learn, grow, and thrive.

Honoring Jacob Roth’s Legacy

Named in memory of Jacob Roth who passed away age five, this campaign builds a playground as joyful and welcoming as he was. And to continue honoring Jacob’s legacy, the playground is due for a complete renovation, bringing updated, modern equipment that provides a safe, inclusive environment and enhanced opportunities for physical activity, creativity, and social connection.
