Student Application 2025-2026
Links 2 Legacy is a unique new program at the Suffolk Y JCC for teens to learn more about the Holocaust and create their own student-produced documentary on three local Holocaust survivors. Over the course of the school year, participants will engage in storytelling, filmmaking, and meaningful conversations to preserve firsthand accounts of the Holocaust and explore its lasting impact.
Through this intergenerational project, participants gain a deeper understanding of history, identity, and the importance of combating hatred and intolerance today. The final film will premiere at a special community event on Sunday, April 19, 2026.
We are seeking a diverse group of interfaith high school teens to be a part of this incredible experience! Applications are open to local high school students grades 10-12. Students must commit to attending all sessions.
