Links 2 Legacy is a unique program at the Suffolk Y JCC that gives teens the opportunity to connect with Holocaust survivors and help preserve their stories for future generations through the creation of a documentary film.

Participants will develop a deeper understanding of the historical background of the Holocaust while also exploring ways to combat antisemitism and hatred in today’s world. Their work will culminate in a special community film premiere event on Sunday, April 4, 2027, celebrating the survivors’ lives and the students’ commitment to carrying their stories forward.

We are seeking a diverse group of interfaith high school teens to be a part of this incredible experience! Applications are open to local high school students grades 10-12. Students must commit to attending all sessions.
