Nomination Overview:
We are proud to announce the Second Annual High School Jewish Athletes Award Ceremony, held in conjunction with the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. This special celebration honors the dedication, talent, and Jewish pride of student-athletes across Long Island.

 
We invite each high school district to nominate two or more outstanding Jewish student-athletes to be recognized at the ceremony. Please use a separate nomination form for each athlete.
 
This event will once again serve as a meaningful highlight of Jewish American Heritage Month, offering a powerful platform to celebrate Jewish identity, athletic achievement, and resilience in the face of antisemitism.
