Join our VERVE 55+ community designed for spirited and active adults. As part of the VERVE community, you’ll connect to people who live life to the fullest. Whether you’re still working, semi-retired, or fully retired, there are lots of ways to get involved. Meet new friends on a hiking trail or a pickleball court. Celebrate together at a holiday dinner or over a glass of wine at a local tasting.

Knitting and Crocheting Group
Works of fiber are described in detail in the scriptures – relating to weaving. In the early years pre and post the birth of Israel, Knitting and Crocheting took hold. This tradition continues at SYJCC on Thursday mornings around a table in the Chik Chak Café.
Join this social circle of dedicated knitters and crocheters. Work on your own project or make black or kaki hats to send to IDF soldiers in Israel. Exchange techniques and tips with others that share a passion for creating works of fiber.
